Elderly Challenge - Observation 4

I am observed that many places are not accessible by the elderly who uses a wheelchair unless they have a caretaker because they did not have slopes and only have stairs which the wheelchair-bound could not use, thus making them to have problems going there. So the solution to that problem is to have more slopes to let the wheelchair-bound be able to access that place.
